This review is based on a winter stay. We stayed for 4 days. The Bunk House: +Beds were comfy +Bathrooms were great, showers well equipped +Theme is great -Small lights for the bunk beds would be great -Top bunk beds were unusable due to the HVAC unit beating right at them Sports Room: +Loved playing volleyball +Soccer +Ping-pong Theater room: +Movies +Xbox, wish there were more games available Sauna: +Awsome +Bathroom is next door Jacuzzi: +it's outside which is cool Main House: +Good kitchen +Cool layout to the kitchen +very comfortable couches Grounds: +scenery around is picturesque Overall it was an awesome experience, also it's a short distance to Zion Park

We held our wedding and a long weekend celebration with approximately 25 family members here, and everything was absolutely outstanding! The accommodations were comfortable, everything was well appointed, and we were delighted with all the extras - A truly fun and memorable soccer field, incredibly large game and movie room, sauna, table tennis and more! The whole property is gorgeous, peaceful, and right in the heart of Zion. From the photos, we thought that there was one or two large plateaus of the park close by, but in reality, you are nestled so close to some amazing views and vistas, and we rented ATVs and were able to to take them out for fun and adventure right at the footsteps of the property. Andrea was simply wonderful to work with, and helped with passing along all the vendors that we needed as we planned everything in less than three months! Truly a once-in-a-lifetime property and experience!

We just enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at the Zion Red Rock Oasis. The setting and the facility were so lovely and made for a great experience for our family reunion. I think we enjoyed every amenity available: the pool, hot tub, soccer room, theater, the pond, the water trampoline and the kayaks. We also were able to hike a number of the many trails in and out of Zion national park. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. It was just right for our family. Pretty perfect.

We rented Red Rock Oasis for a long weekend December 1-5th. We had an amazing time. The house is gorgeous! The scenery is breathtaking. We got married up by the labyrinth and had the indoor soccer room transformed for our reception. We had the greatest time bringing two families together and enjoyed all of the quality time. We took turns cooking and the kitchen was well stocked. Ice machine didn’t work well so that was a bummer but the staff was quick to respond and super helpful. Beware of the bunkhouse. It’s super cool but space is tight and it’s completely open on top. If you have one snorer or dueling opinions on heater or no heater you can run into issues. Probably better for kids rather than our adult friends we put there. All in all we loved it so much and want to go back for family reunion. Amazing trip!!!

This vacation rental was absolutely perfect for our family reunion! Large and spacious but it felt comfortable and homey. The amenities are well thought out from the indoor soccer field to paddle boarding on the private lake, to the swimming pool and theater kept everyone engaged. The rooms are well appointed and the kitchen facilities are top of the line. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our family of 33 stayed at the Zion Red Rock Villa in July 2023 for a reunion and celebration of life retreat for our father/grandpa who recently passed, and we could not have been more pleased with the beautiful accommodations and stunning natural setting of the property. Our gathering was very casual, and we spent tons of time enjoying the pool and hot tub. While it was very hot this time of year, the villa provided a cool oasis and more than enough space for our multi-generational family to spend quality time all together, or to break off into smaller groups for watching a movie, playing some video games (teens), or finding quiet spots to read or nap. It was truly spectacular. The Villa is well-appointed with all kitchen and linen needs, and the staff was super responsive and quickly answered any questions that arose. We would love to return for another reunion someday. While we weren’t hosting a wedding here, it should be noted that the huge primary suite upstairs is exceptionally set up as a bridal suite with a gorgeous seating area, huge mirrors, steamer for gowns and an enormous, beautiful bathroom for a bridal party to prepare for the big event. Really lovely.

We held our daughters wedding at Red Rock Zion and what a nice facility with amenities they have. Good communication and nearly everything you need is there for your stay. It is very clean and works great to have family and everyone under one roof to spend more time together. We only had a few minor things and they attended to them as needed. Thanks for a great venue and lasting memories!

Don’t even know where to begin. We booked this place for a corporate event because there was a big conference at the convention center in St George. We got this place so that people attending the conference from out of town could have a place to come and hang out during the evening and network. It was such a success! Everyone was so amazed by the house and the property and the location. We used one of their suggested catering companies and they came and set up a street taco bar that was an absolute hit. The house was huge and had so much to entertain everyone… pool, lake, paddle boards, indoor soccer/volleyball, ping pong, sauna, theatre room, hot tub and more. They said that they do a lot of weddings there and I can see why. It’s super close to Zion National Park and the scenery is beautiful. They were super accommodating and very easy to work with. Huge shout out to Mike and Andrea who were super helpful for our experience. Worth every penny, will definitely come here again!

We stayed here for our wedding and it was such an awesome experience. Weather was so nice in late September. When we first got there we were in awe of how beautiful the home and property was. Andrea from the beginning was so helpful, welcoming and answered all my questions. The rest of team was so great like Jason and Mike as they helped set up the venue. The website is super informative and easy to navigate. The pool and play room were a HIT for the kiddos. The master bedroom is stunnnning and really the whole property is so beautiful. I could definitely see us coming back for family reunions, etc.

We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday at The Oasis, and it was absolutely incredible! We booked both The Oasis and The Chalet to accommodate all of our guests. While I didn’t personally make it over to The Chalet, everyone who stayed there had nothing but great things to say. The Oasis itself was beyond perfect—every single guest who walked in for the weekend literally gasped. The amenities are amazing! The indoor field was a huge hit (lots of dodgeball games!), and everything was so thoughtfully designed. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Andrea even sent me a video walkthrough of the kitchen, which made planning our meals so much easier. The updated rooms, each with their own bathrooms, were a big plus and really appreciated by our guests. We put all of our young adults in the bunk house, and they loved it just as much! Honestly, my only complaint is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy everything. Highly recommend—this place made our celebration unforgettable! Thank you!
